I can't log in to my account
There might be conflicting cookies in your system. Let's try clearing the cache.
Internet Explorer:

Why can't I fast forward the videos?
*Applies to ETF Master Trader Online subscriptions
You can fast forward through the videos after the entire video has been downloaded by clicking on the bar at the bottom of the video. It will jump you to that section of the video. However there is no way to fast forward or rewind to specific times, as the Flash video format does not allow this.
How do I whitelist you?
In order to ensure your ETF Master Trader Emails do not get caught in spam or junk mail filters, you can Whitelist us. Usually, adding our Email address to your address book will do the trick. For your convenience, we have provided instructions below for the most commonly used Email services or programs.

What is my username?
Your username is the e-mail address you used to subscribe to the service. In the case that you have forgotten the e-mail address you used, please
click here to contact us. Please provide your full name so we can run a search in our customer database.
I forgot my password
If you forgot or lost your password, a new one will be sent to you.
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link, next to the Login button

- Enter your Email address in the text box
- Click the "Send" button

- You will receive a new password in your Email.

How do I change my email address?
We'd hate to think that you weren't getting what you paid for, so contact us at customerservice@tycoonresearch.com to change your email address.
What is a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document File and is developed by Adobe Systems. The PDF format is a universally accepted file format that retains all of the fonts, formatting, colors and graphics of documents that come from an originally created document, regardless of the software application or platform used to create it.

Account and Billing Assistance
How do I renew my Sector Hunter subscription?
We thought you'd never ask. We've instituted an automatic renewal process so that your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of your subscription term. If you don't want your subscription automatically renewed you can change your billing preferences by contacting customerservice@tycoonresearch.com. If you request that your subscription not be auto-renewed, we'll send you an expiration notice at the end of your subscription.
How is Sector Hunter billed?
Your Sector Hunter subscription is prepaid monthly depending on the rate you signed up for. If you wish not to renew simply call customer service at 877-489-2666.

How do I trade with a Sector Hunter Alert?
This will be explained in full detail throughout the course. Please have patience and remember that you shouldn't act on the Sector Hunter alerts before viewing all the modules and understanding the content.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on the My Account tab, then the My Account bar that appears below. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your new password twice. Then click "Update Information".
ETF Master Trader Product Assistance (for DVD owners only)
WHY DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE IF I FAIL TO OBTAIN A RMA?

Every manufacturer charges a certain amount for item(s) returned back to them, usually for 20% to 50% of the cost and up. Because of these charges, we pass on a portion of the fees to our customers in the form of a $99 restocking fee, which helps us recover some of the loss we experience as a result of a return. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary; however, we hope to encourage our customers to plan their purchases carefully to help avoid the return process.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us at
customerservice@tycoonreseach.com or call 1-877-489-2666 within 48 hours of receiving the product and Tycoon Publishing will replace the item. We will issue an RMA and give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective 25% handling charge and if the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Our success is based on exceptional customer service and superior quality merchandise, and your satisfaction is important. Therefore, within 30 days of the recieving your order, you may return for a full refund. (You must contact Customer Service in order to receive an RMA and return instructions) Failure to obtain an RMA will result in a $99 restocking fee.
WHAT TIME WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?

Regular UPS delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5. UPS Home Delivery service delivers "Residential" deliveries Tuesday-Saturday, delivering into the early evening weekdays. Where a business name is not provided, the order is presumed to be shipping to a "Residence" Â. If your order is shipping to a business, please, specify the name of the business. If it is shipping to a "Residence" but a business name has been provided, please note that in the "comments" when ordering. Otherwise, where a business name is provided, it is presumed that it is going to a "Commercial" district for delivery M-F during normal business hours. We do not guarantee the arrival date or time of the packages.
WHAT IF I AM NOT PRESENT TO ACCEPT MY SHIPMENT , CAN I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE SIGN FOR IT?

Shipments over $100 will require an Adult Signature. Please ensure that you provide us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived. While a change of delivery address may be possible under certain conditions, if a package is already in route, a $10 address change fee will be assessed for UPS shipments. For address corrections needed for items shipping other than UPS, please contact us for options and quotes. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by UPS drivers.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH ONE OF YOUR VENDORS?
If you feel that a product is of poor quality or a supplier has provided poor customer service, you may submit a complaint to us. All complaints should be submitted by sending us an email. Any other sanctions against the supplier are the responsibility of the client.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT?

Go to Your Order, select the appropriate item in your order and use the links to report your problem and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

All orders shipped via UPS are insured for damage and missing packages. We are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper. In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and within 10 business days for assistance in resolving the matter. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by UPS drivers.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order should arrive in no more than 5- 7 business days, depending on the shipping method -- usually much sooner than that. However, orders outside of the Continental US, custom orders, and subscriptions may take longer -- overseas orders may even take up to 10-15 days, depending on the shipping method.. Approximate expected transit times for each shipping method are as follows, but are not guaranteed:
- ground shipping in the continental U.S. -- 5 to 7 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days if there are postal delays)
- shipping to AK / HI -- 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days if there are postal delays)
- shipping to Canada -- 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 4 weeks if there are customs delays)
- overseas shipping -- 10 to 15 days (may take 3 to 9 weeks if there are customs delays)
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

If your product has been sent via a shipper that offers tracking (UPS), you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You may then either contact the shipper directly to track your order, or go to Your Order. If your product has been sent without tracking confirmation, please wait until the estimated date of arrival to contact us. If the product has not arrived at your door within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to re-send your product at no additional cost to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

It will normally take approximately 1-2 business days to process your shipment. In the case of custom-built products, processing time will be longer -- please check the individual product page to see if your product will take longer.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do offer 2-3 day shipping within the Continental US on some products -- please check the individual product page to see if this shipping option is available. Please note that it takes 2 business days to process your order -- so 2-3 day shipping actually means 4-5 business days. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or other shipper.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US?

We do offer shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas on most products -- please note that "overseas" means outside of the US and Canada. For products shipped outside of the US, there may be additional customs duties owed, depending on your country's import rules. These duties are not included in your shipping costs, and are entirely your responsibility.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
All of our products are in stock, unless listed as "out of stock" on the individual product page. We do not accept backorders for items that are out of stock -- you must wait until the product is back in stock before placing your order. In rare cases, however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping. If some unforeseen occurrence delays your order, you will receive an email from Tycoon Publishing letting you know when to expect your product, and we will work to fill your order as quickly as possible.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?
You will choose a shipping method for each individual product as you add that item to your cart. So if you want one product sent 2-3 day delivery, but the other items in your order don't need to arrive as quickly, you don't have to pay for expedited shipping on the entire order -- just on the one product that has to arrive sooner!
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIEVERY STANDARDS?

Normal delivery time is 5-17 business days. During certain times of the year there may be some delay due to slower postal service or postal holidays. Arrival time for orders placed outside North America will vary but generally arrive in 2-4 weeks. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you feel your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us.
